FOR KERALA DOMICLE CANDIDATES(Male)

Location : 8 Airmen Selection Centre, Air Force Station Tambaram, Tambaram East, Chennai, Tamil Nadu-600046
The recruitment test shall be conducted from 6 AM onwards as per the details given above. Only candidates fulfilling the domicile requirements and eligibility conditions, reporting at recruitment rally venues upto 10 AM (cut-off-time) on reporting dates
FOR KERALA DOMICLE CANDIDATES(Female)

SALARY
As per Agniveer Scheme
AGE LIMIT
Candidate born between 01 January 2005 and 01 July 2008 (both dates inclusive) are eligible to appear in the recruitment rally.
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Candidate should have passed Intermediate/ 10+2/ Equivalent Examination in any stream/ subjects from Education Boards recognised by Central/ State/ UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English.
OR
Passed two years Vocational Course from Education Boards recognised by Central/ State/ UT with minimum 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Vocational Course (or in Intermediate/ Matriculation if English is not a subject in Vocational
Course).
OR
Passed Three years Diploma Course in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical/ Electronics/ Automobile/ Computer Science/ Instrumentation Technology/ Information Technology) from Central, State and UT recognised Polytechnic institute with 50% marks in aggregate and 50% marks in English in Diploma Course (or in Intermediate/Matriculation, if English is not a subject in Diploma Course).

PHYSICAL STANDARD TEST
(a) Height: Minimum acceptable height is 152 cms (For Male candidates) and 152 cms (For Female candidates).
(b) Weight: Proportionate to height and age.
(c) Chest: For male & female candidates the chest wall should be well proportioned with minimum range of expansion of 5 cms. Male Candidates have minimum 77cm
PHYSICAL TEST
Male
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which would consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within Seven minutes. also have to complete 10 Push-ups, 10 Sit-ups and 20 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test.
10 Push-ups in 01 minute (Test will be conducted after 10 minutes break on completion of run)
10 Sit-ups in 01 minute (Test will be conducted after 02 minutes break on completion of 10 Push-ups)
20 Squats in 01 minute (Test will be conducted after 02 minutes break on completion of 10 Sit-ups)
Female
Physical Fitness Test (PFT) which would consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed within Eight minutes. also have to complete 10 Sit-ups and 15 Squats within the stipulated time as per the following to qualify in the Physical Fitness Test
10 Sit-ups in 01 minute and 30 seconds (Test will be conducted after 10 minutes break on completion of run)
15 Squats in 01 minute (Test will be conducted after 02 minutes break on completion of 10 Sit-ups)
