DOCUMENTS FOR AIRFORCE RALLY
Writing Material and Documents Required
Candidates are to bring the following:-
1. HB pencil, eraser, sharpener, glue stick, stapler and black & blue ball point pen for writing.
2. Ten un-attested recent (not taken before six months) passport size colour photographs (front portrait in light background without head gear except for Sikhs). The photograph is to be taken with candidate holding a black slate in front of his/ her chest with his/ her name and date of photograph taken, clearly written on it with white chalk in capital letters.
3. Original and four self-attested photo copies of matriculation passing certificate (required for Date of Birth verification).
4. Original and four self-attested photocopies of 10+2/ Intermediate/ XII or equivalent/ Diploma course/ Vocational course passing certificate and marks sheet.
5. Original and four self-attested photocopies of Domicile Certificate.
6. NOC in original and four self-attested photocopies from the employer for candidates presently serving in any government organisation (if applicable).
7. Candidates discharged from Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Any other Government Organisation.Original and four Self-attested photocopies of Discharge certificate (as issued from Indian Army/ Indian Navy/ Government Organisation).
8. Body tattoo photographs as per Para 9 above.
9. Original and four self-attested photocopies of NCC ‘A’, ‘B’ or ‘C’ Certificate (if applicable).
10. Consent Form for Physical Fitness Test and Medical tests. Candidates shall bring the “Consent Form” (as per the format given below) to the rally venue and submit it before conducting of the Physical Fitness Test. Format for consent form is also available in https://agnipathvayu.cdac.in.
11. Additional Skills/ Qualifications/ Achievements. Candidates with any additional skills/ qualifications/ achievements in fields, including but not limited to, Information Technology, Motor Vehicle driving/ maintenance, Hospitality, Logistics, Accounting, Catering, Welding, Typing Skill, Sports etc. are required to submit supporting certificates / documents at the time of recruitment rally.
