NAVIK GD
Vacancy : 260 (UR : 104 EWS : 27 OBC : 52 SC : 42 ST : 35)
Salary : Basic pay of Rs. 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulations.
Age Limit : Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years. Candidates should be born between 01 May 2002 to 30 Apr 2006 (both dates inclusive)
Upper age relaxation of 5 years for SC/ST and 3 years for OBC (non-creamy) candidates is applicable only if posts are reserved for them.
Qualification : 10+2 passed with Maths and Physics from an education board recognized by Council of Boards for School Education (COBSE).
NAVIK DB
Vacancy : 30 (UR : 12 EWS : 03 OBC : 09 SC : 04 ST : 02)
Salary : Basic Pay Scale for Navik (DB) is 21700/- (Pay Level-3) plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation.
Age Limit : Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years. Candidates should be born between 01 May 2002 to 30 Apr 2006 (both dates inclusive)

Yantrik Post divided into three.

• Yantrik (Electronics) : 15 (UR : 06 EWS : 01 OBC : 05 SC : 02 ST : 01)
Salary : Basic pay Rs. 29200/- (Pay Level-5). In addition, you will be paid Yantrik pay @ Rs. 6200/- plus Dearness Allowance and other allowances based on nature of duty/place of posting as per the prevailing regulation
Age Limit : Minimum 18 Years and maximum 22 years. Candidates should be born between 01 May 2002 to 30 Apr 2006 (both dates inclusive)

Note: - List of equivalent diploma for recruitment in Yantrik cadre in Electrical, Mechanical and Electronics & Telecommunication (Radio/Power) Engineering (Engg) branch in Notification.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS
Height : Minimum height 157 cms.
Chest : It should be well proportioned. Minimum expansion 5 cms.
Weight : Proportionate to height and age +10 percentage acceptable.
Hearing : Normal.
PHYSICAL TEST
Candidates undergoing PFT will do so at their own risk. All candidates are advised to be in possession of sport rig (Shoe, T-shirt, Trouser etc). The PFT consists of:
(a) 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes.
(b) 20 Squat ups (Uthak Baithak).
(c) 10 Push-up.
HOW TO APPLY
Applications will be accepted 'Online only' from 08 Sep 23 (1100 hrs) to 22 Sep 23 (1730 hrs). Candidates are to logon to https://joinindiancoastguard.cdac.in/cgept/ and follow the instructions for registering themselves with E-mail ID/mobile number. The candidates are to ensure validity of E-mail ID and mobile number at least up to 31 Aug 24. The candidates are to remember their registered E-mail ID and mobile number as the same would be encrypted in application form. If the candidate forgets his E-mail ID or mobile number, then he would not be able to login in candidate’s dashboard and neither would he be able to download E-admit card nor see his result and ICG would not be responsible for this. No request for retrieving the registered E-mail ID or mobile number will be entertained.

APPLICATION FEE
Candidates (except SC/ST candidates, who are exempted from payment of fee) are required to pay a fee of Rs. 250/-(Rupees Two Hundred Fifty Only) through online mode by using net banking or by using Visa/Master/Maestro/Rupay Credit/Debit Card/UPI. E-admit card will be issued for the examination only to those candidates who have successfully paid the examination fee and who are entitled for waiver of examination fee
