AGE LIMIT
SI(Vehicle Mechanic) (Group-B Post)
30 years ( Relaxable for Government servants upto 5 Years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government)
CONSTABLE (TECHNICAL) (Group-C Post)
Between 18 and 25 years (Relaxable for departmental candidates upto 40 years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Central Government).
Age relaxation permissible beyond the upper age limit SC / ST Candidates have 05 Years & OBC Candidates have 03 Years
EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
SI(Vehicle Mechanic) (Group-B Post)
Three years Diploma/Degree in Auto Mobile Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from an Institute recognized by Government.
CONSTABLE (TECHNICAL) (Group-C Post)
Matriculation or 10th Class pass from a recognized Board or Institution and
Industrial Training Institute certificate in respective trade; or
Three years work experience in respective trade from a reputed firm.

PHYSICAL TEST
Those candidates found fit in Physical Standards Test (PST) wilI be put through Physical Efficiency Test (PET), which will be qualiftying in nature.

HOW TO APPLY

The application by the candidates must be submitted through ONLINE mode only. No other mode for submission of application will be accepted. The facility for submission of online application will be opened on BSF website https://rectt.bsf.gov.in w.e.f 19.05.2024 at 00:01 AM and will be closed on
17.06.2024 at 11:59 PM.
APPLICATION FEE
Candidates to pay Rs 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) for the post of SI(Staff Nurse) and to pay Rs.100- (Rupees one hundred only) for the all Group-C' posts
NOTE : Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribes, BSF serving personnel are exempted from payment of examination fee.
