EDUCATION QUALIFICATION
Bridge & Road (Male & Female)
Matric or equivalent from a recognized Board or University. Diploma In Civil engineering from a recognized institution for Bridge and Road
Clerk (Male & Female)
Intermediate or Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination from recognized Board / University or equivalent.
Skill Test Norms on Computer. English typing with minimum speed of 35 words per minute on computer OR Hindi typing with minimum speed of 30 words per minute on computer (Time. allowed-10 minutes).
Religious Teacher
Graduation with Madhyama in Sanskrit or Bhusan in Hindi.
Operator Radio and Line
Matriculation pass or equivalent from a recognized board and two years Industrial Training Institute in Radio and Television or Electronics from a recognized Institute
OR
12th class pass or equivalent with Physics, Chemistry and mathematics as subjects of study from a recognized Board or University or Institute.
Radio Mechanic
10th from a recognized board with diploma in Radio and Television Technology or Electronics or Telecommunications or Computer or Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or Domestic appliances from any institution recognized by the Central / State Government
OR
12th Standard or Intermediate or equivalent with aggregate marks of fifty percent with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics from a recognized or University or institution.
Personal Assistant
12th Standard or Intermediate or equivalent.
Skill Test Norms on Computer: (i) Dictation: 10 Minutes @80 WPM. and Transcription Time: 50 Minutes in English or 65 Minutes in Hindi on Computer.
Laboratory Assistant
10th Class Pass with English, Math, Science and Biology from a recognized Board.
Nursing Assistant
10th Class Pass with English, Math, Science and Biology from a recognized Board.
Veterinary Field Assistant
10+2 pass with two years diploma certificate in veterinary science from recognized University / Institute with one year experience in Veterinary field.
Pharmacist
10+2 Pass with Degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
Washerman
10th Class Pass from a recognized Board.
Female Safai
10th class passed from a recognised Board.
Barber
10th class pass from a recognised Board.
Cook
10th class pass from a recognised Board.
Male Safai
10th class pass from a recognised Board.
X-Ray Assistant
10+2 pass with diploma in Radiology from a recognised Board or University.
Plumber
10 class pass from a recognised Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in Plumber trade from a recognised Institute.
Surveyor
10th class pass from a recognised Board and Industrial Training Institute certificate in Surveyor trade from a recognised Institute.
Electrician
10th pass and possess Industrial Training Institute certificate in the Trade.
Electrical Fitter Signal
10th class pass with Science, Math and English as subjects from a recognised Board.
Lineman Field
10th class pass from a recognised Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in Electrician trade from a recognised Institute.
Electrician Mechanic Vehicle
10th class pass from a recognized Board with Industrial Training Institute certificate in Motor Mechanic from a recognized Institute.
Draughtsman
10+2 or equivalent from a recognised board and three years diploma in Architectural Assistantship from any recognized Polytechnic College or Institution.
PHYSICAL TEST
(i) For Male Candidates – 05 km run to qualify within 24 minutes.
(ii) For Female Candidates – 1.6 km run to qualify within 8.30 minutes.

APPLICATION FEE
(a) Fee Structure: For Group B posts (i. e Religious Teacher and Bridge & Road posts only) application fee is Rs. 200/- (Rupees two hundred only) and for Group C posts (i.e except Religious Teacher and Bridge & Road posts) application fee is Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only).
(b) The fee will be deposited online by the candidates into SBI Current Account No. 37088046712 in favour of HQ DGAR, Recruitment Branch, Shillong-10 at SBI Laitkor Branch IFSC Code- SBIN0013883. (c) NO Fee is charged from candidates belonging to Schedule Casts, Scheduled Tribes, Female and Ex-servicemen candidates. Fee once paid shall not be refunded under any circumstances nor will it be adjusted against any other expenses.
