The Staff Selection Commission will conduct an open competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Constable (General Duty) in Border Security Force (BSF), Central Industrial Security Force (CISF), Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), Indo Tibetan Border Police (ITBP), Sashastra Seema Bal (SSB), Secretariat Security Force (SSF), Rifleman (General Duty) in Assam Rifles (AR) and Sepoy in NCB (Narcotics Control Bureau as per the Recruitment Scheme formulated by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) and as per the Memorandum of Understanding signed between Ministry of Home Affairs and the Staff Selection Commission

Exam Pattern & Instructions

* The Examination conduct on Computer Based Examination At Various Examination Center. 

* In Examination All Questions In Objective Type.

* Computer Based Examination (CBE) will be conducted by the Commission in English, Hindi and in 13 Regional Languages viz. (i) Assamese, (ii) Bengali, (iii) Gujarati, (iv) Kannada, (v) Konkani, (vi) Malayalam, (vii) Manipuri, (viii) Marathi, (ix) Odia, (x) Punjabi, (xi) Tamil, (xii) Telugu and (xiii) Urdu.

* Question paper Contain 80 Questions.

* Each Right Answer Score Two Mark and Maximum Score 160 Marks.

* There will be negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer. Candidates are, therefore, advised to keep this in mind while answering the questions

* Exam Duration 60 Minutes. 

* The Exam Question Paper Divided Into Different Parts Based on Subjects. 

* Totally 4 Parts Question are in GD Examination

   Part - 2  :- General Knowledge and Awareness
   Part - 3  :- Elementary Mathematics 
   Part - 4  :- English / Hindi
