AGE LIMIT

18-26. Candidates born between 02.01.1996 and 01.01.2004 (both dates included) only are eligible to apply for this post.

Note:- Maximum age limit shall be relaxed upto 29 years for OBC candidates , 31 years for SC/ST candidates and 41 years for Ex-service men. [For other conditions regarding age relaxation, please see para 2(i) of the General Conditions.] Other conditions regarding age relaxation in Para (2) of the General Conditions are not applicable to this selection

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Pass in HSE (Plus Two) or its equivalent

PHYSICAL STANDARDS

(i) Height : A minimum of 168 cm.

(ii) Chest : A minimum of 81 cm and with a minimum expansion of 5 cm.

Note: Minimum Height and chest measurement shall be 160 cm and 76 cm respectively for candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe communities. The minimum chest expansion of 5 cm shall, however be applicable for them also.

PHYSICAL TEST

Must qualify in any five events out of eight events specified below of the National Physical Efficiency, One Star Standard Test.

1. 100 Meters Run 14 Seconds

2. High Jump 132.20 cm

3. Long Jump 457.20 cm

4. Putting the Shot (7264 gm) 609.60 cm

5. Throwing the cricket ball 6096 cm

6. Rope climbing (using hands only) 365.80 cm

7. Pull up or chinning 8 times

8. 1500 meters run 5 minutes & 44 seconds.

HOW TO APPLY

Candidates must register as per ONE TIME REGISTRATION with the official Website of Kerala Public Service Commission www.keralapsc.gov.in before applying for the post. Candidates who have registered can apply by logging on to their profile using their User-ID and Password. Candidates must click on the 'Apply Now' button of the respective posts in the Notification Link to apply for a post. The Photograph uploaded should be taken after 31.12.2012. Those candidates who create new profile 01.01.2022 onwards should upload their photograph taken within six months. Name of the candidate and the date of photograph taken should be printed legibly at the bottom portion. The photograph once uploaded meeting all requirements shall be valid for 10 years from the date of uploading. There is no change in other instructions regarding the uploading of photographs. No application fee is required. Candidates are responsible for the correctness of the personal information and secrecy of password. Before the final submission of the application on the profile candidates must ensure correctness of the information in their profile. They must quote the User-ID for further communication with the Commission. Application submitted is provisional and cannot be deleted or altered after submission. Candidates are advised to keep a printout or soft copy of the online application for future reference. Candidates can take the printout of the application by clicking on the link 'My applications' in their profile. All correspondences with the Commission, regarding the application should be accompanied with the print out of the application. The application will be summarily rejected if non-compliance with the notification is found in due course of processing. Original documents to prove qualification, experience, age, community etc. have to be produced as and when called for.
