SSC GD PST/PET Admit Card is Out, Download Now

Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the admit card for physical efficiency test (PET) and physical standard test (PST) round for the recruitment of GD Constable in CAPFs, NIA, SSF and Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles Examination, 2021.

SSC conducted the CBT and shortlisted candidates for the Physical Test as part of the selection process. They will soon issue a notification informing about the GD Constable PST/PET Dates 2022. Candidates, on the other hand, will learn about the venue for the Physical test assigned to them via their SSC GD Constable Physical Test Hall Ticket 2022


Only a few days before the test, the Staff Selection Commission will provide a link to download SSC GD Constable Admit Card 2022 for Physical Test. We will also keep you updated on the availability of SSC GD Call Letter 2022 for PET and PST on this page.


The Nodal CAPF, i.e., the CRPF, will issue online call letters to candidates who have been shortlisted for PET/ PST to be conducted by the CAPFs. Candidates are advised to visit their website, crpf.gov.in, during this time.

SSC GD Constable 2021 - 2022 PET/PST is scheduled to be held on from 18/05/2022 to 09/06/2022


How to Download SSC GD Constable 2021-22 Physical Tests Admit Cards

1:  Visit the official website of CRPF (Link In Given Below)

2:  Click on the link ‘Candidate Login’ flashing on the homepage.

3:  Enter your Roll No., Date of Birth, Captcha Code and click on submit button.

4:  Candidates need to take the print out of the Admit Card.

PHYSICAL STANDARDS

Physical Standard Test (PST): Physical Standards for the posts are as follows

Height

Male: 170 cms
Female: 157 cms

All candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes  162.5 (Male), 150.0 (Female).

Chest

Un-expanded: 80 cms
Un-expanded: 5cms

All candidates belonging to Scheduled Tribes Un-expanded: 76 cms ,Un-expanded: 5cms

Chest measurement for female candidates will not be taken. However, it will be ascertained that the chest is well developed.

Weight

Proportionate to height and age as per medical standards.

PHYSICAL EFFICENCY TEST 

Candidates have to clear the race with in the following time limits.

Male

5 Kms in 24 minutes.

Female

1.6 Kms in 6 1⁄2 minutes
