SALARY

Income Tax Inspector : Pay Level 7 of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponding to pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs.46001- in P8-2 of Rs.9300-348001- of 6th CPC

Tax Assistant : Pay Level 4 of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponding to pre- revised Grade Pay of Rs.24001- in PB-I of Rs.5200-202001- of 6th CPC

Multi-Tasking Staff : Pay Level I of the pay matrix (as per 7th CPC) corresponding to pre-revised Grade Pay of Rs.1800/- in PB-I of Rs.5200-20200/- of 6th CPC.

AGE LIMIT

Income Tax Inspector : 18 - 30 Yrs as on 18.04.2022

Tax Assistant : 18 - 27 Yrs as on 18.04.2022

Multi-Tasking Staff : 18 - 25 Yrs on 18.04.2022

Relaxation of Age

Relaxation of upper age-limit up to a maximum of 5 years (10 years in case of SC/ST candidates) may be allowed for the purpose of appointment in Group 'C' cadres with the approval of the Headquarters office.

EDUCATION QUALIFICATION

Income Tax Inspector : Degree of a recognized university or equivalent

Tax Assistant : (i) Degree of a recognized university or equivalent; and (ii) Having Data Entry Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour.

Multi-Tasking Staff : Matriculation or equivalent pass from a recognized Boardl Council

SPORTS ELIGIBILITY

Sports-persons having represented: (i) The Country in an International Competition in any of the games/sports mentioned in the list at para-OS with the clearance of the Department of Youth Affairs and Sports; or

(ii) A State/UT in the Senior or Junior Level National Championships organised by the National Sports Federations recognized by Department of Youth Affairs and Sports or National Games organized by Indian Olympics Association in any of the games/sports mentioned in para-OS; or

(iii) Their University in the Inter-University Tournaments conducted by Association of Indian Universities or the Inter-University Sports Board in any of the games/sports mentioned in para-OS; or

iv) The State School Teams in the National Sports/ Games for schools conducted by the All India School Games Federation in any of the games/sports mentioned in para-OS; or

(v) Sportspersons who have been awarded National Awards in Physical Efficiency under the National Physical Efficiency Drive.
