Today Checking About the Army Written Exam Topic And Syllabus For Soldier GD (General Duty),  Soldier Tradesman 10th pass and tradesman 8th Pass. 

Exam Topic and Exam Instruction are Given below, 



After the Successful Passing Of Physical Efficiency Test / Physical Test , Physical Measurement Test / Physical Standard Test and  Medical Test. appearing on the Army Written Exam.

Army Written Exam GD and Tradesman Exam Topic are same, but the Pass mark Different For Pass the GD Exam Score Minimum 35 Marks and to pass Tradesman Exam Score 32 Marks. 

The Exam Merit List and Cut off Will Produce Aro wise. 


Marking System And Instructions


*  Exam Question Paper Contain 50 Questions, And Maximum Score is 100 Marks 


* Candidates has to Score Minimum  35 Mark To Pass the GD (General Duty) Exam and 32 Mark To Pass the Tradesman Exam. 


* 2 Mark Will be Awarded For Every Right Answer. And 0.50 Mark Will be deducted For Every Wrong Answer. 


* No Marks For Non Answered Questions


* NCC C Certificate Holder's are exempted From Exam.

* From Maths Subject Totally 15 Questions And Maximum Score 30 Marks (1 Question = 2 Marks)


* From Logical Reasoning Totally 5 Questions And Maximum Score 10 Marks (1 Question = 2 Marks)



Topic And Syllabus



General Knowledge 

The test will include questions relating to India and its neighboring countries especially pertaining to History, Culture, Geography and who’s who. In addition Abbreviations, Sports, Awards and Prizes, Terminology, Indian Armed Forces, Continents and Sub Continents, Inventions and Discoveries, The Constitution of India, International Organizations, Books and Authors,Knowledge of Important events that have happened in India and at world level in the recent years, Current important world events, Prominent personalities etc.


General Science

Question of General Science will include topic Related to Physics, Chemistry and Biology. based on fundamentals and day to day activities( i.e, difference between the living and non- living, basis of life - cells, protoplasms and tissues, growth and reproduction in plants and animals, lEementary knowledge of human body and its important organs, common Epidemics, their causes and prevention etc).


Mathematics


(i) Number Systems : Computation of Whole Number, Decimal and Fractions, Relationship between numbers

(ii) Fundamental Arithmetical Operations : HCF, LCM, Decimal fraction, Percentages, Ratio and Proportion, Square roots, Averages, Interest (Simple and Compound), Profit and Loss, Discount, Partnership Business, Time and distance, Time and work.

(iii) Algebra : Basic algebraic problems

(iv) Geometry : Familiarity with elementary geometric figures and facts.

(v) Mensuration : Triangle, Quadrilaterals, Regular Polygons,Circle etc

(vi) Trigonometry : Trigonometry, trigonometric ratios, complementary angles, height and distances etc.


Logical Reasoning


The questions will be based on the logical ability of the candidates of age group ranging between 16 to 20 years.


Note:- The above syllabus is not a comprehensive list of topics pertaining to the subject. Questions are designed to test the candidate’s general awareness of the environment around him and its application to society. Questions are also designed to test knowledge of current events and such matters of everyday observation and experience as may be expected of an educated person. At times questions may be asked other than the above topics but definitely within the syllabus of CBSE.
